A successful villa is not operated, it is lived in. We work levels and colour temperatures room by room, with fine dimming, to obtain moods that follow the day: gradual wake-up, task light, dinner, evening, night path. Fittings are chosen with the interior designer and controls kept to the strict minimum.
Lighting, blinds, air conditioning, pool, gate, cameras, music: everything is brought together in a single coherent interface, reachable from a wall panel, a phone or a tablet. Third-party equipment is interfaced rather than stacked, avoiding a proliferation of proprietary apps.
For a house lived in a few weeks a year, the system watches temperature, humidity, water leaks and intrusion, simulates presence and alerts on anomalies. Before you arrive, a remote command brings the house back to condition: heating, hot water, pool, shutters open.
System architecture defined upfront with the architect and consulting engineers, wiring drawings, site coordination, ETS programming, fine tuning after move-in and training for occupants and household staff. Full documentation is handed over at delivery.
